Globalization and Trade
The most interesting thing I learned about globalization and trade was the treatment of workers and dump of toxic waste in the factories that companies have created. I knew a little bit about sweat shops but I didn’t know how they hired kids and how workers might get paid less than $2.00 a day for their hard work. The part of my sketchnote that I am most proud of is the part where I spelled globalization in little pictures. I am the most proud of it because I think that it’s pretty creative and I like the pictures I used.

Standard of Living
A country’s standard of living does not show how everyone in that country lives because it is an average. Some cities may be more wealthy, some cities may be poorer.
The most interesting thing I have learned about standard of living is other countries standards of living. I say this because it shows how better off we are in America and just how little people have in their country.
The countries with a higher standard of living are obligated to help the countries with a lower standard of living because they have so much and the countries with low standard of living have so little and if the countries with a higher standard of living just give, even a little bit, it will help the countries with a low standard of living.
